Responsibilities: Service and manage Personal Line insurance needs of High-Net Clients and middle-income clients. Extensive knowledge of rating and quoting for all of the above carriers. Maintain all client-related information, process insurance transactions, and communicate with clients and insurance companies relating to clients insurance programs. Assure that coverage is maintained at all times and/or management is notified if there are any potential coverage or pricing issues or any other problems. Handle all customer relations and client support services. Special projects and other job-related duties as assigned. Requirements: New York State P&C brokers license. Minimum 5 years experience in Personal Lines with some prior high-worth client experience. Working knowledge of EPIC, MS Word, Excel, and carrier websites.
