Affordable Housing Asset Manager (LIHTC)

Oversee the day-to-day operations of our Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) properties. Ensure compliance with all LIHTC regulations and guidelines. Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, and government agencies. Create and implement strategies to maximize financial performance of LIHTC properties. Conduct regular financial analysis and reporting to monitor property performance. Review and approve property budgets and financial plans. Identify and address potential risks or issues that may impact property financials. Collaborate with property management teams to ensure properties are well-maintained and in compliance with LIHTC regulations. Develop and maintain knowledge of industry trends and best practices related to affordable housing. Train and mentor junior staff members on LIHTC regulations and compliance. Evaluate and make recommendations for property acquisitions and dispositions. Advocate for affordable housing solutions within the community and with government agencies. Represent the company in meetings and negotiations with investors, property owners, and government officials. Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on property performance and address any concerns. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures related to LIHTC property management.
