As a Financial Analyst, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and senior leadership, to support strategic decision-making and improve financial processes. You will play a crucial role in budgeting, financial planning, and variance analysis, helping to ensure the company's financial health and success. We are looking for a highly analytical individual with strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of financial principles and is proficient in financial modeling and data analysis. Responsibilities: • Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to improve business performance • Prepare and present financial reports, including monthly and quarterly financial statements • Assist in budgeting and financial planning processes • Conduct variance analysis to assess performance against budgets and forecasts • Develop financial models and perform scenario analysis to support decision-making • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and cost optimization • Participate in the preparation of investor presentations and financial communications • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements • Assist in ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed Requirements • Strong knowledge of financial principles and concepts • Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis • Advanced Excel skills • Experience with financial planning software and ERP systems • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to stakeholders • Team player with strong interpersonal skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment • Professional certifications such as CFA or CPA are a plus Benefits • Permanent remote work Apply Job!
