Job Overview We are seeking a Rental Equipment, Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and enhancing customer satisfaction within your designated market area. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and a proven track record in sales. You will work closely with your team to develop strategies that meet the needs of our clients while achieving business objectives. Duties • Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company goals. • Foster strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. • Conduct regular training sessions to improve team performance and product knowledge. • Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement. • Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional campaigns that drive sales. Experience • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the equipment rental market. • Strong background in customer service, demonstrating the ability to build rapport with clients. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of motivating a diverse team. • Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions. • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is advantageous.
