About the position The Sr. Product Specialist at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston will serve as a subject matter expert on the FedNow service, focusing on product strategy, analysis, and roadmap development. Responsibilities • Assist in developing and refining the FedNow product roadmap to meet industry needs and deliver business value. , • Lead product discovery analysis by identifying business cases, assessing risks, and delivering recommendations. , • Conduct market and user research to gather data for informed product roadmap decisions. , • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape the product roadmap and execute product strategy. , • Contribute to a collaborative and inclusive team culture with clear communication. Requirements • 6+ years of hands-on product management or payments policy experience. , • Knowledge of the instant payment landscape and related payments policy. , • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, public policy, economics, marketing, or related field. , • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to evaluate outcomes. , • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
