We're seeking a talented male life coach trained in NLP or Hypnotherapy to join our team. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with our founders to deliver exceptional results and help us scale our business. Responsibilities: Providing intensive support to your 10-15 ongoing clients Coach 25-40 clients per year, providing personalized guidance and support to help them achieve their goals Guiding Parents with a weekly 20 minute Parent Coaching Call Being open minded and rigorous in learning and applying of the methods and training of Wide Awakes Coaching Process Collaborative with our founders to develop and refine our coaching process, offering suggestions for improvement and growth with an open mind Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new content and strategies Create engaging TikTok and IG Reel content to spread our message and promote our services weekly Help manage our client roster, ensuring high-quality service delivery and maintaining our 40-client cap per coach Requirements: Ideal For Early-Career Professionals Life Coach certification or licensed Counselor or Social Worker Experience working with teens, young adults, and parents Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with social media platforms (TikTok and IG Reel) and content creation Willingness to learn and adapt to our innovative coaching process Open-minded and receptive to feedback and suggestions for improvement, leaving your ego at the door Fun, enthusiastic, and optimistic attitude towards your work, your clients, this company, and the amazing impact you will have What We Offer: Starting pay at $90 an hour with opportunities to grow in the company of up to $105,000 per year based on performance and growth Opportunity to work with a innovative company in the coaching and therapy industry Unique Training and Gaining of Skills Collaborative and supportive work environment Professional development and training opportunities Flexible scheduling and remote work options Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year Expected hours: 15 20 per week Benefits: Flexible schedule Professional development assistance Schedule: Day shift Evenings as needed Evening shift Experience: Wellness coaching: 1 year (Required) License/Certification: NLP, Hypnotherapy, M.I, or Life Coaching Certification (Required) Location: California (Required) Work Location: Remote Apply Job!
