Sr. SAP C4E (Hybris) Functional Position
Job Title: Senior SAP C4E (Hybris) Functional Consultant Location: Dallas, TX Number of Positions: 2 Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP C4E (Hybris) Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Customer Engagement (C4E) and Hybris, with a proven track record of delivering successful solutions in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. Responsibilities: Lead the functional design and configuration of SAP C4E (Hybris) solutions to meet client business requirements. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business processes and SAP capabilities. Provide expertise in SAP Hybris functionality, including product management, order management, customer service, and e-commerce processes. Perform gap analysis between the current system and client requirements, providing recommendations for system improvements and process optimizations. Develop and deliver functional specifications, design documentation, and test plans. Configure SAP C4E (Hybris) modules as per business requirements. Conduct user training sessions and develop training materials for end users. Act as the subject matter expert for SAP C4E (Hybris), providing guidance and support to the project team throughout the project lifecycle. Work closely with SAP technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP and third-party systems. Support testing phases including UAT, integration testing, and post-go-live support. Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely delivery and adherence to project milestones. Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues related to SAP C4E (Hybris). Provide ongoing support and enhancements after go-live. Required Qualifications: Experience: 10+ years of functional experience in SAP C4E (Hybris) implementations. Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of SAP C4E, Hybris Commerce, SAP CRM, and related SAP modules (SD, MM, etc.). Skills: Strong experience in designing and configuring SAP Hybris solutions (Commerce, Sales, Service, etc.). Proven ability to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. In-depth knowledge of SAP Hybris integration with third-party systems. Hands-on experience with Hybris architecture and multi-channel e-commerce platforms. Strong understanding of business processes in the areas of customer service, sales, and order management. Excellent communication skills and ability to present to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
