Night Shift Driver Manager – Join Our Team! Hurricane Express, a leader in temperature-controlled food-grade transportation, is hiring Driver Managers for weekday night shifts to join our growing team near Siloam Springs, AR (Colcord, OK). What You'll Do • Dispatch and manage drivers for efficient load delivery. • Resolve issues like late deliveries, equipment breakdowns, or driver concerns. • Ensure drivers meet DOT and FMCSR regulations, including Hours of Service compliance. • Communicate with drivers, customers, and management to keep operations on track. • Suggest ways to improve efficiency and productivity during night shifts. What You'll Need • At least 1 year of fleet management or dispatch experience (preferred). • Strong knowledge of DOT/FMCSR regulations and Hours of Service. • Proficiency in Windows-based systems. • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills. • Ability to handle fast-paced environments and adapt to challenges.
