About Us: Advanced Sign, LLC is seeking a motivated Customer Service & Sales Representative to help grow our business by establishing and nurturing strong customer relationships. We offer custom signage solutions through three brands: AdvancedSign.com, WoodlandManufacturing.com, and CraftCuts.com, providing custom signs for businesses and home decor. Advanced Sign, LLC is a leader in providing high-quality custom metal plaques for businesses, organizations, and individuals. We are passionate about delivering high-quality, custom-made products and are looking for someone who shares our enthusiasm and creativity. This is an inside sales position that focuses on expanding our Woodland Manufacturing brand by selling custom plaques and signs to businesses, organizations, and municipalities. What You Bring to the Table: · Exceptional organizational skills: You can juggle multiple tasks while keeping everything on track. · Attention to detail: You’ll ensure every order is entered accurately and every client receives the right product · Strong communication skills: You can engage with clients professionally and clearly, whether via phone, email, or chat · Data entry expertise: Fast and accurate data entry skills are a must · Previous experience in sales or customer service · Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems · A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset · A friendly, outgoing personality and a passion for connecting with people · Comfort in working both individually and in a team environment · Ability to review and understand artwork in Corel Draw or Adobe Illustrator Helpful Attributes: • Knowledge and experience with graphic programs like Corel Draw or Adobe Illustrator Key Responsibilities include: · Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring repeat business and customer loyalty · Respond promptly to customer inquiries, quote requests, and sample needs · Identify and develop new sales opportunities to expand our customer base · Provide creative, tailored signage solutions that align with clients’ needs and visions · Coordinate design presentations, ensuring custom products meet client expectations · Prepare and submit accurate quotes in Magento based on margin and market value · Follow up on quotes, address client concerns, and convert quotes into orders · Enter detailed information into Magento to ensure smooth and efficient production of custom signs · Stay current on signage trends, materials, finishes, and new technologies to offer innovative solutions · Collaborate with production teams to ensure job components and timelines meet client expectations · Set and manage client expectations regarding product timelines and final design · Address and resolve any customer service issues with empathy, identifying solutions that lead to customer satisfaction If you are ready to help us grow our business and make a positive impact on our customers, we want to hear from you.
