Overview

This position analyzes our customer and prospect claim experience. Provides communication with clients and insurers for ongoing claims to facilitate workflow, ensure client satisfaction, and support carrier information needs. Partners with Commercial Lines sales and service teams, loss control advisors, and agency management. Works closely with carrier partners to help manage the claims process, claims payments, and reserve levels. This position has a focus on retaining customer trust in insurance policies and protecting agency profitability. Remote eligible for NC residents Responsibilities • Client Service - Acts as the primary point of contact for agency clients, ensuring satisfaction and resolution throughout the claim process. Identifies reporting needs, reviews policy language, and provides data insight to Loss Control to enhance Loss Control Programs. • Process Owner - Acts as the primary point of contact for insurance carrier partners to manage outcomes, payments, and reserve actions. Serves as an agency resource to aid in investigations and adjudications of specific claims. Supports agency profitability agreements. • Policy Resource - Establishes guidelines for reviewing, assessing, and resolving property and casualty insurance claims. Supports data collection for carrier determination of customer coverage. May provide guidance to associates in the work group regarding specific claims or policies. • Relationship Development - Attends and plays a prominent role in sales, service, and client or prospect meetings to present agency claims management plans. Maintains strong relationships with all parties involved in the claim process.

Qualifications
