Institutional Credit Management, Credit and Portfolio Senior Manager - Vice President

About the position The Institutional Credit Management (ICM) Risk Analysis Unit (IRAU) is seeking a Credit and Portfolio Senior Manager - Vice President to oversee credit risk analysis and monitoring for high complexity relationships. This role involves conducting independent credit analysis, supporting credit assignments, and ensuring adherence to credit assessment standards. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders and a commitment to maintaining a strong credit culture within the organization. Responsibilities • Produce annual and quarterly reviews for high complexity relationships and new credit originations. , • Continuously monitor assigned relationships to ensure timely performance in credit analysis. , • Collaborate with regional and industry stakeholders to implement credit assessment and monitoring standards. , • Support internal projects and initiatives led by the Global Head of ICM Risk Analysis and the ICM Underwriting CAO. , • Engage in Voice of the Employee (VOE) initiatives within ICM Risk Analysis. Requirements • 5-7 years of credit experience in Banking, Credit Risk Management, or equivalent. , • In-depth knowledge of Wholesale Credit Processes and ICM functions. , • Strong understanding of Citi Wholesale Credit Risk Policies and ICM/UW procedures. , • Experience in preparing presentations for senior management. , • High awareness of the control environment including Quality Assurance and Quality Control. Nice-to-haves • Credit Officer (CO) designation or skills aligned with that designation. , • Impeccable knowledge of Citi's systems. , • Demonstrated record of handling highly complex annual reviews and challenging credits.
