Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN)-Utilization & Referral Management - Spectrum Healthcare Resources - Springfield, VA - work from home job Company: Spectrum Healthcare Resources Job description: Job Description Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an opportunity for a Full-Time Utilization & Referral Management LPN position at the Fort Belvoir Community Hospital in Fort Belvoir, Virginia Highlights:Ind.Nurse • Full-time | 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday) • Emphasis on work-life balance (this is not a remote position) • 2 weeks paid time off & 11 paid federal holidays • Employee status with full complement of benefits Responsibilities: Manages all aspects of clerical duties inherent to front desk operations Receives all reports and makes a determination regarding referring consults, drug treatment protocols, etc.

• Sends treatment plans to primary care providers

• Monitors end of day processing for data quality • Notifies physicians of abnormal test results within a defined time frame Requirements: Graduate of a school of practical or vocational nursing A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting required

• Experience in Utilization & Referral Management preferred (not required)

Active, unrestricted nursing license in any state

• BLS from the American Heart Association
