Responsibilities • Engage with clients to understand their personal insurance needs and provide tailored solutions. , • Assist in managing existing client insurance policies, ensuring accuracy and compliance. , • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and resolving issues efficiently. , • Regularly update and maintain client records in compliance with company policies. , • Support the sales team by identifying cross-sell opportunities and customer needs. , • Stay informed about industry trends and changes to improve personal knowledge and service delivery. Requirements • Active Property & Casualty License is required. , • Previous experience in customer service or insurance industry, preferably in a similar role. , • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction. , • Ability to understand and meet the needs of clients, providing exceptional service. , • Excellent time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple client accounts efficiently. , • Strong analytical skills to identify and address client needs and concerns. , • Comfortable using insurance management software and Microsoft Office Suite. , • Must be able to work onsite in East Lansing, Michigan.
