Requirements • 2 years of formal education or equivalent experience, with an Associate's degree preferred. , • Minimum of 1 year of related experience in customer service, healthcare, or business field required. , • An additional 1.5 years in healthcare or insurance industry for a total of 2.5 years experience. , • Medical Terminology knowledge required or successful completion of a medical terminology course within 90 days of hire.
