This role is ideal for a motivated individual looking to build a sales team and grow the business as a managing partner. Key Responsibilities: • Team Building: Assist in recruiting and developing a strong sales team. • Sales Management: Work collaboratively to manage and support loan originators. • Client Relations: Maintain positive relationships with clients and ensure exceptional service. • Loan Origination: Solicit, service, and arrange a variety of mortgage, real estate, and construction loans for clients in Florida . • Client Consultation: Meet with borrowers to determine the best product and terms, ensuring a successful mortgage approval process. • Documentation & Communication: Decide on the documentation required for approval, clearly communicate fees and terms, and provide customers with proper disclosures and a thorough understanding of the loan process. • Training & Development: Participate in weekly training sessions and one-on-one personal development. • Lead Management: Utilize provided leads to generate and close loans. • Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with industry regulations and company policies. • Business Planning: Contribute to strategic planning for business growth and income generation. Qualifications: • Must be a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator. • Previous experience in mortgage processing is a plus. • Bilingual abilities are an advantage. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong desire to exceed targets and a positive attitude. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Familiarity with various loan types: FHA, VA, USDA, HUD, Conventional, Adjustable Rates, 203k Home Improvement Loans, Freddie Mac, FNMA, Construction/End Loans, Refinance.
