Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced US Accounting (Night Shift) to join our Ahmedabad team. With 3–6 years of hands-on accounting experience, the selected candidate will play a critical role in supporting the accounting department. This role involves ensuring accurate and efficient financial operations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Utilize accounting software for various financial operations. Adhere to tight deadlines and perform accounting for management purposes. Prepare and reconcile balance sheets. Create and upload journal entries. Conduct bank reconciliations, including researching and recording outstanding cash items. Prepare management reports, such as budgets and fixed asset schedules. Reconcile intercompany balances and resolve discrepancies. Prepare month-end closing reconciliation files. Analyze open items and liaise with respective departments to resolve them. Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency. Provide accounting support in a shared service environment, if applicable. Required Skills and Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel). High ethical standards and a strong work ethic. Ability to work effectively and maintain high standards under tight deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication and teamwork. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 3–6 years of relevant accounting experience. Nice to Have: Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks. Prior experience in offshore or shared service accounting. Shift Timings: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM (Night Shift) Apply Job!
