LOB Risk Specialist - Basel Capital

About the position As a LOB Risk Specialist - Basel Capital at PNC, you will support the Capital Management Team within the Risk, Change, Experience & Strategy (RCES) organization. This remote position focuses on ensuring compliance with Basel regulatory capital requirements through data analysis, reporting, and program documentation. You will collaborate with finance, lines of business, and data governance to evaluate results and articulate impacts, contributing to the overall risk management program. Responsibilities • Assist in the execution of the Line of Business Risk Management program. , • Identify opportunities for enhancement within risk programs. , • Enable line of business adherence with risk programs under supervision. , • Assist in the design and development of the risk management program to meet business and regulatory expectations. , • Execute the risk management program within or across the lines of business. , • Participate in consultations to execute program components. , • Develop risk expertise while working with businesses and other risk partners. , • Participate in risk initiatives, business as usual activities, and ad hoc requests. , • Identify risk exposures. Requirements • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. , • 2+ years of relevant professional experience. , • Strong Excel skills for data analysis and presentation. , • Foundational knowledge of internal C&IB source systems and financial reporting tools. , • Understanding of bank financial statements, banking products, credit risk, and financial analysis.
