About the position As a Senior Enterprise Architect with a focus on Data, AI, and ML at Humana, you will play a pivotal role in aligning business strategy with technology strategy to enhance customer experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to optimize the use of data assets and AI/ML capabilities to achieve critical business outcomes. You will be instrumental in translating business needs into technical systems solutions and architectural roadmaps, addressing moderately complex to complex issues that require in-depth evaluation of variable factors. In this role, you will integrate hardware, software, and network interfaces to form cohesive systems, recommending products that evolve the organization's technical infrastructure. You will provide leadership in developing the technical and architectural staff within the organization, influencing departmental strategy and making decisions on complex issues regarding technical approaches for project components. Your work will be performed with considerable latitude, allowing you to determine objectives and approaches to assignments. You will define strategies for modernizing the Enterprise Data Fabric, ensuring data availability for various use cases, including real-time APIs, machine learning, reporting, analytics, and operational processes. Additionally, you will lead efforts to identify and evaluate emerging technologies, providing guidance to the solution and data engineering teams on adopting these technologies. Your thought leadership will extend to defining strategic architecture blueprints and identifying industry trends in data and analytics, ensuring alignment with Humana's overarching vision. Collaboration will be key as you work across organizational boundaries to create future state roadmaps and align IT architecture with the company's business strategy. You will facilitate Architecture Collaboratives, working with various architect roles to develop scalable and adaptable enterprise solutions while managing risks associated with information and IT assets through appropriate standards and security policies. Responsibilities • Define strategies for modernizing and transforming the Enterprise Data Fabric. , • Lead efforts to identify and evaluate emerging technologies for adoption in new solution patterns. , • Provide thought leadership on leveraging cloud services and capabilities. , • Define strategic architecture blueprints for enterprise capabilities. , • Identify industry trends in data and analytics and evaluate their fit for Humana. , • Facilitate the creation of future state roadmaps for enterprise capabilities. , • Align IT architecture with the company's business strategy and goals. , • Facilitate Architecture Collaboratives across architect roles to develop consensus-based solutions. , • Manage risks associated with information and IT assets through standards and security policies. Requirements • Ability to partner within and across teams to produce strategies and reference architecture. , • Experience architecting information management technology solutions with modern data/cloud technologies. , • Experience with enterprise data pipeline management and integration technologies. , • Experience crafting enterprise-wide strategies for delivery teams. , • Experience with operational data integration for real-time APIs. , • Strong communication skills for presentations to various stakeholders. , • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Nice-to-haves • Experience with enabling enterprise adoption of cloud-based managed services. , • Experience with Machine Learning and data preparation techniques. , • Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence concepts and applications. , • Proficiency in Machine Learning frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch. , • Experience with Big Data Integration & Analytics. , • Familiarity with NoSQL and modern data stores. , • Experience with API management platforms and RESTful APIs. , • Experience with message-based integration technologies.
