Dental Office Team Manager

EZ Staffing Solutions provides remote dental office support to practices in the U.S. We match our highly trained and experienced dental administration experts with our clients to provide the best quality insurance, billing and phone support. We are looking to hire an experienced Dental Office Manager with very high performance standards to help coach, train and supervise our team of remote employees. This person may also serve as a point of contact for the client. We are looking for that Rockstar Dental Office Manager who made their practice successful - was the "go-to" person for all the most difficult insurance issues - knows dental insurance inside and out. - had the wherewithal with anticipate issues before they happened and put systems/processes in place to prevent problems. - someone who successfully imparted that knowledge upon others and trained their employees to a higher level. - .....you know who you are! :) Requirements include: • 10+ years of dental office management experience, including team management. • Expert level proficiency with multiple PMS systems • Expert level of proficiency with managing insurance pre-authorizations and breakdowns billing and collections. • Experience with general and specialty dentistry, including pediatrics. • Experience with both private and Medicaid insurance plans, portals and the joys of calling insurance companies.
