Cost Analyst- HYBRID ROLE

About the position The Pricing Analyst is responsible for optimizing pricing strategies and processes within the business, acting as the primary contact for pricing systems and tools. This hybrid role involves significant analysis and collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance customer profitability and improve product offerings. Responsibilities • Act as the primary contact for pricing systems and tools used within the business and Product Lines. , • Utilize knowledge of best pricing practices to optimize value for multiple products or sites. , • Create moderately complex analyses of data to support pricing strategies. , • Participate in cross-functional product line teams to investigate and document nonconformances and corrective actions. , • Implement measures to improve customer profitability and value creation for product offerings. , • Execute pricing adjustments to regional and national product offerings as required by pricing strategy. , • Own all published location, regional, and national pricelists for assigned products. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Agriculture related field. , • 2 years of related professional experience. , • Fluent in Microsoft Excel, with VBA preferred. , • Ability to interpret and work with data for analysis. Nice-to-haves • Experience with Tableau. , • Experience in the agriculture industry. , • Previous pricing experience for Retail, CPG, or Consulting Providers.
