In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping the academic journeys of students worldwide, providing them with transformative educational experiences that pave the way for their future success. Our mission is to empower students to achieve a U.S. high school diploma, significantly enhancing their academic profiles for college admissions. Key Responsibilities Deliver captivating and interactive online instruction to small groups of 2-6 students. Utilize provided materials to facilitate effective teaching and ensure students attain a profound understanding of mathematics. Monitor and assess students' academic performance, offering constructive feedback and fostering their growth. Guarantee timely delivery of all course content, maintaining a structured yet adaptable teaching approach. Required Skills Strong expertise in high school mathematics, particularly in Calculus and Statistics. Excellent communication abilities to engage and motivate students in a virtual setting. Proficiency in online teaching tools and platforms, alongside strong organizational skills and adaptability. Qualifications A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master's degree or higher (Ph.D. or Ed.D.) is preferred. At least one year of teaching experience in the relevant subject area, with high school teaching experience viewed favorably. Flexibility to provide 2-3 teaching time slots during weekdays. A collaborative and positive attitude, with a genuine enthusiasm for teaching, and the ability to work evenings and weekends.
