The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with staff, families, and students to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) that meet the unique needs of each student. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). • Valid teaching license with Special Education endorsement in the state of Georgia. • Proven experience working with students with diverse needs and abilities. • Strong knowledge of IEP development and implementation. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. • Commitment to equity and inclusion in education. Key Responsibilities: • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs. • Adapt and differentiate curriculum to meet the diverse needs of learners. • Provide direct instruction in small-group or one-on-one settings. • Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and support staff to ensure student success. • Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to provide updates and support. • Stay informed about best practices and legal requirements in special education. .
