Title: Customer Service Representative - Onsite Work Only, NO REMOTE WORK Looking for a full-time position? Magellan is actively recruiting for a full-time Call Center Representative opportunity for a Federal client in Bronx, NY. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Schedule - Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 3:30 p.m. - 12:00 a.m. • Must be FLEXIBLE. May be asked to work a different shift from time to time. • A Shift: 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. • B Shift: 3:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. • C Shift: 12 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. Answers incoming calls and communicates with clients with respect, courtesy, empathy, tact, and professionalism. Transfers calls accurately, quickly, and efficiently for customers.Maintains an above average attendance record. Follows established standard operating procedures. Qualifications/Requirements • High-school diploma is required. • Prior customer service or call center experience is preferred. • Can be a team player. • Can work without direct supervision. • Can work well with medical staff, veterans, and the elderly • Has a good work ethic. • Outstanding verbal communication skills (phone etiquette). • Detail-oriented, have the ability to multi-task, and highly organized. • Strong Microsoft Office skills. • Must be flexible.
