Problem Solving: • Handle and resolve any travel issues, such as flight cancellations or itinerary changes, promptly and professionally. Requirements: Experience: • Proven experience in customer service or the travel industry. Skills: • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written). • Excellent customer service abilities. • Proficiency in travel booking platforms and CRM systems.
