Key Responsibilities: Accurately enter and update patient information into electronic health records (EHR) systems. Verify and correct data discrepancies to maintain the integrity of healthcare records. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure timely and precise data entry. Manage sensitive patient information with the utmost confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA regulations. Generate reports and provide data analysis to support healthcare operations.
