Position: Remote Therapist (Contractor) - Flexible Hours Job Overview We are in search of dedicated and empathetic licensed therapists to become part of our dynamic team as contractors. This role offers a fully remote work environment with flexible scheduling options. If you hold a valid therapeutic license in Washington, D.C. and possess a minimum of two years' experience working with children, adults, and families, we encourage you to apply. Key Responsibilities Deliver therapy sessions to clients through video conferencing, in-office meetings, or in-home/community settings, adhering to established safety protocols. Accurately document session notes using our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system. Enjoy the convenience of having billing and co-payment collection managed by our office staff. Common Focus Areas For Therapy Sessions Include Anxiety, depression, and stress management ADHD and behavioral issues Anger management and emotional challenges Family conflict and parenting difficulties Trauma, abuse, and neglect Grief and bereavement Self-esteem and identity concerns Career and academic-related stress Navigating chronic health issues or financial difficulties Bullying, peer dynamics, and adolescent challenges Qualifications A valid clinical license in Washington, D.C. (LICSW, LPC, Ph.D., or PsyD). A minimum of two years of experience in providing psychotherapy to children, adults, and families. A compassionate and client-centric approach to therapeutic practice.
