Project Manager, Consumer Experience (Work Remotely Anywhere in the U.S.)

The Project Manager is responsible for the definition, management, and communication of project objectives, creation of an applicable project plan, risk management methodology, and conflict resolution strategies. This role is correspondingly responsible for monitoring, identifying, and moderating schedule conflicts, resource constraints, and risks inherent in the management of the Consumer Experience organization's projects. The Gig: • Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using our project management software. • Effectively communicate project expectations and progress to our clients, team members, and executive team in a timely and clear manner. • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate owners. • Assess and manage the risk of schedule changes. • Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team. • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical chain. • Track project milestones and deliverables. • Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents. • Quantitatively plan and organize project team’s capacity. • Ensure optimal use of the capacities in the group, set priorities, ensure the correct and timely execution of all tasks and solve bottlenecks. • Demonstrated initiative and drive within a fast-paced environment is required. • Identify, communicate and take action to reduce risk and ensure client delight. Job Responsibilities: • Leading projects reach business and department objectives (70%) • Effectively onboard clients using agile, change management and process leadership. • Exerts strong influencing skills to impact work schedule, completion • Creates continual adjustments to work schedule in a persuasive manner to keep the project on course • Effectively communicates with leaders, fellow Solvers and Clients using email, status updates, work schedule and other means. • Addresses areas of risk through creation of actions plans, status updates & escalation to provide and implement solution. • Perform to meet the objectives of a quality-focused Solver • Complete all projects on time, within budget and meeting measurable objectives. • Forecast changes including deadlines, action plans and contingency plans. • Creates a high functioning team to meet the goal(s) of the project. What you need to make the cut: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, project management, engineering, or technology • 1-3 years of experience in project management • Experience in communications and/or custom communications, marketing or in benefits or human resources industry is a plus. • Preferred experience: PMI-ACP, PMP, Client Onboarding or consulting • Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills and a sense of urgency and accountability to address stakeholder concerns • Proven ability to manage project scope, budget, and timelines while effectively prioritizing tasks, mitigating risks, and ensuring successful outcomes. • Strong collaboration skills with expertise in leading client meetings, managing expectations, documenting needs, and ensuring timely follow-up and resolution • Comfortable working independently and in a fast-paced team environment • Professional demeanor, ability to build trusting relationships and create a sense of urgency to accomplish results • Strong familiarity of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., AdaptiveWork, ServiceNow) is a plus • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (e.g., OneNote, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) The pay range for this position is 48K to 75K per year (pay to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, balanced against internal equity and competitive market based geographic ranges).
