Job Description

This is a remote position. Managing one or more customer service or service desk functions. Acting as a point of contact to support service users and customers reporting issues, requesting information, access, or other services. Delivering customer service through multiple channels including human, digital, self-service, and automated.

Requirements

Graduation is a must. Must have excellent oral and verbal communication skills (without MTI || neutral accent). Only technical freshers with excellent verbal and written communication are needed. 1 to 3 years of experience in international voice support (technical). Must have troubleshooting knowledge of laptops and desktops. Must be flexible to work in night shifts. As per the current situation, it is work from home, but once the office resumes, candidates must be ready to work from the office. Qualification: Should have a minimum of 0.6 years of experience in the relevant field. Should be a graduate or a post-graduate (except diploma BE/BTech/ME/MTech/MBA/MCA/MSc).
