About the Role

We are seeking an Online Order Filler and Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our e-commerce and in-store operations, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive their online orders in a timely and efficient manner. What We Offer

As a Walmart associate, you will have access to competitive pay, performance-based incentive awards, and other great benefits. Our hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $26.00, with opportunities for annual or quarterly performance incentives. Additionally, we offer premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. You will also receive paid time off benefits, including parental leave, family care leave, bereavement, jury duty, and voting. The estimated salary for this role is between $30,000 and $50,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
