Thompson Well Drilling is a family-owned local business . We are currently seeking a career oriented person for long term employment. The successful candidate must be able to prioritize task efficiently & work independently with minimal supervision . Work schedule: Monday – Friday, day shift . ```Job Summary:``` We are seeking a skilled and experienced Driller to join our team. As a Driller, you will be responsible for operating drilling equipment and machinery You will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of Drilling/ Service projects by following safety protocols and maintaining equipment. • Operate drill rigs and drilling equipment with high proficiency • Promote positive and professional relationships with team members and clients • Ability to lift, move, push, and pull up to 50 pounds frequently. Occasionally, over 50 pounds with assistance. • Ability to work outdoors in adverse weather conditions (hot and cold) • Ability to climb occasionally • Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning • Utilize forklifts and heavy equipment • Maintain accurate records of drilling activities and production • Pay is dependent upon qualifications and experience ```Qualifications:``` - Previous experience as a Driller or in a similar role - Commercial driving experience, including operating water trucks and tankers (CDL REQUIRED) - Strong mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and repairs - Ability to operate heavy equipment, such as forklifts, excavators, safely and efficiently Join our team today!
