" PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR RESUME AND AUDIO RECORDING IN ENGLISH" Job ID : VR800 We are a virtual receptionist company based in the United States looking for virtual receptionists that can effectively handle inbound calls to answer inquiries and book appointments. You will be receiving phone calls from prospective customers for home services businesses such as cleaning companies, electricians, plumbers, landscapers, etc. You must be able to represent the client as if you are working in the client's office and are a part of their company. You will answer the phone pleasantly and with a smile and recite our client's standard greeting. We will train you how to answer customers' questions and how to book appointments on our client's CRM/scheduling platforms. While speaking with the customer you will take detail call summary notes which will include the customer's contact information, reason for inquiry and any other relevant information. This information will be recorded while speaking with the customer. After the phone call ends, you will send your call summary notes to our client. You must have great attention to detail and make sure there are no typos or missing information. QUALIFICATIONS • Technology Requirements: • Internet speed of at least 40mbps • Computer - Intel3 processor, 8gb RAM • Backup power source • Working Qualifications: The ideal candidate has BPO experience, is able to multitask in managing answering calls, taking detailed call summary notes and sending follow up text messages or emails to our client. You must be confident to communicate directly with our clients if necessary to confirm their directions and to receive their feedback and make adjustments to your work. Ideally you have experience working from home but it is not necessary. We are willing to train the right candidate who is motivated, hard working and eager to add value within our company. WORKING HOURS AND COMPENSATION Compensation: $800/month (3016.80 sol) Working hours: 5 days per week, 9 hours per day, 1 hour for lunch and two, 15-minute breaks. 8am to 5pm Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles) Job Type: Full-time Apply Job!
