Join our innovative culinary education organization as an Evening Receptionist. We are on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals who are eager to contribute to the culinary community while developing their professional skills in a supportive and engaging environment. Key Responsibilities • Ensure the smooth initiation of each evening class, managing essential communications such as emails and recipe distribution. • Oversee daily operations for our chefs through our registration system, including customer enrollment, processing of refunds or credits, and providing necessary support to both customers and chefs. • Manage the technical setups for equipment including headsets, microphones, televisions, and music systems. • Offer friendly and patient customer interactions, addressing inquiries and providing assistance as needed. Required Skills • Proficiency in computer skills, particularly with Google Drive Suite and Eventbrite, along with the ability to quickly adapt to new software applications, including Dropbox. • Strong project management capabilities and organizational acumen. • Excellent problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities. • Demonstrated leadership qualities that foster team collaboration. Qualifications • Previous experience in an executive or administrative assistant role, or in operations support, is required. • A minimum of a high school diploma is necessary, with one to two years of college education preferred.
