We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service & Solutions Representative to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

Customer Service: • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a high level of service. • Provide accurate information regarding products and services, assisting customers in making informed decisions. • Handle outbound calling to follow up on customer feedback and promote new offerings. Solutions-Oriented Support: • Analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner. • Manage collections calls for past-due accounts, offering empathetic and professional solutions while reducing delinquencies. Record-Keeping & Collaboration: • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback using our computerized system. • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience. • Uphold company policies and procedures while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. Skills & Qualifications Communication: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on phone etiquette. • Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse client base. Experience & Problem-Solving: • Strong background in customer support or client services; experience in sales or collections is a plus. • Ability to analyze situations effectively and provide appropriate solutions quickly. Technical Proficiency: • Proficient in using computerized systems for record-keeping and communication. • Familiarity with property management software (training provided). Attitude & Teamwork: • A positive attitude with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team while excelling in an independent, remote environment.
