We're seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our team! As a remote Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries, concerns, or issues. If you're passionate about delivering top-notch customer service, are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent communication skills, we'd love to hear from you! Responsibilities: • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, chat, and social media • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and escalate complex issues as needed • Troubleshoot product or service-related problems in a timely and professional manner • Document all interactions and update customer records accurately • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including resolution rates, response times, and customer satisfaction scores • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes • Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and products/services Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent required • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team • Proficiency in technology, including cloud-based software and collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack) • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Job Type: Part-time Pay: $1,800.00 - $2,800.00 per month Expected hours: 25 per week Shift: • Night shift Work Location: Remote Apply Job!
