Senior Project Manager (Lean Six Sigma)

Role Summary: Join our team as a Lean Six Sigma Implementation Project Manager, where you'll be instrumental in implementing process optimization solutions. You'll work closely with process owners and business lines to finalize solution details and ensure successful implementation. Responsibilities: • Develop and share project plans, status updates, and business requirements using standard slides and project artifacts. • Collaborate with business process owners and other project managers to update process improvement solutions and ensure they meet project goals. • Create detailed implementation plans and roadmaps to drive delivery expectations and manage potential change collision across teams. • Engage and direct business leaders, setting goals, managing expectations, and providing detailed transition plans for business units. • Collaborate with various departments to ensure successful implementation, troubleshoot roadblocks, and forecast potential risks/issues. • Utilize strong communication and governance skills to drive implementation execution with associates of varying seniority and skillsets. Skills Required: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. • 8+ years of total relevant work experience. • Experience working with technology and/or agile teams. • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher. • PMP or 5+ years project management experience. • Preferred PROSCI or change management equivalent certification.
