Job Description

As a Data Entry Specialist with American Express, you will be an integral part of our operations team, ensuring that our data systems are updated with accuracy and efficiency. Requirements – High school diploma or equivalent. – Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. – Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. – Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines. – Excellent verbal and written communication skills. – Capable of working independently with minimal supervision. – Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace. Responsibilities – Enter and verify data accurately in various systems and databases. – Review and correct any data errors or inconsistencies. – Communicate with other departments to clarify data discrepancies. – Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. – Generate and prepare reports as required by management. – Support special projects and data initiatives as needed. – Ensure compliance with company data policies and procedures.
