Seasonal Virtual Customer Service Representative
Overview* Sun Valley Saunas is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team for the busy season from now through the end of May 2025. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. Duties* - Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and product information - Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently - Resolve customer complaints with patience and professionalism - Upsell products or services to increase sales revenue - Maintain accurate customer records in the database Requirements* - Strong communication skills in English - Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Experience in customer service or sales is a plus - Proficiency in computerized systems for data entry and tracking - Multilingual abilities are advantageous for assisting diverse customers Job Type: Part-time Pay: $16.87 - $18.74 per hour Expected hours: 10 20 per week Benefits: Flexible schedule Shift: Day shift Work Location: Remote Apply Job!
