Compensation

And Benefits • Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour, with potential for rapid pay raises and internal promotions. • This is a remote position following an initial two-week training orientation at our Gilbert training center. • Required shifts include evenings and weekends, with holiday work compensated at time and a half. • Health, dental, vision, and retirement plans are available to eligible full-time employees.
