Your Mission: We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Social Commerce Operations Execution contractor to join our Captiv8 team. This role is crucial in driving successful social commerce campaigns across platforms like TikTok Shop. The ideal candidate will have a customer-first mindset, with a strong ability to adapt to the evolving landscape of social commerce. They will be responsible for working with brands on setting up / managing brands social commerce solutions and creator execution. What You'll Do: • Learn the intricacies of social commerce and develop scalable processes to support campaign growth and efficiency. • Conduct in-depth market research to understand the latest trends and practices in social commerce, applying insights to enhance creator campaign effectiveness. • Work closely with internal teams to ensure that social commerce strategies align with best practices and platform requirements. • Assist social commerce merchants with onboarding, operations, and customer service to ensure a smooth setup of shoppable solutions. • Engage with creators and affiliates, managing negotiations and communications to ensure smooth campaign execution. • Collaborate with platform partners to troubleshoot issues and refine processes, ensuring seamless campaign execution. • Share best practices and campaign insights across internal teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. • Maintain strong communication with clients, creators and partners, proactively addressing issues and managing changes to meet needs. • Support creators and brands in shoppable livestream productions, moderating sessions, and ensuring that content meets brand objectives and is fully shoppable. • Coordinating/managing potential vendor partners

Qualifications
