Capital Markets Associate Location: Remote Compensation: $120,000-$140,000 annually The Role We are searching for a highly motivated Capital Markets Associate to drive key financing initiatives that fuel the growth of a rapidly expanding solar energy portfolio. Now part of Power Sustainable, they remain committed to advancing their mission of providing clean, cost-effective energy to homes, apartments, and businesses across the U.S. Key Responsibilities: • Secure third-party capital through construction debt, term debt, tax equity financing, and specialty financial products. • Evaluate project acquisitions and M&A opportunities through robust financial modeling. • Develop and implement standardized financial modeling and valuation procedures across teams. • Build and maintain relationships with investors, investment banks, and tax equity partners. • Oversee the due diligence process for financing transactions and potential investments. • Collaborate across departments to ensure accuracy in project data and financing assumptions. • Prepare impactful presentations for quarterly board and investor meetings. • Provide financial and risk analysis support to development, construction, and asset management teams.
