Customer service advisor Remote - Night Shift

Fully Remote - Night time - Inbound Customer Service Advisor's - Permanent Must have worked Night shift before We’re currently looking for enthusiastic customer service focused individuals who put customers first, enjoy problem solving, are proactive and can use their initiative to exceed customers’ expectations!Cactus Search are currently in partnership with an amazing client who have consistently been at the top of their game within the Contact Centre Industry.Salary - £18,860 (Already pro-Rated down to this salary) Part time (Average 28hours per week) - 4 on 4 off Rotas available; Position 1 - 16:45pm - 00:45pm - 10pm - 6am - You will rotate between these two shifts Who are we looking for?

• A great communicator who is enthusiastic about helping customers, has a passion about achieving goals and comfortable selling products that fit a customer’s requirements.• Thrive on learning new knowledge and skills and are quick to adapt. Know your way around a computer and can navigate multiple systems.• Be self-motivated and can work from home with minimal supervision. Be resilient and can adapt to a fast paced and ever-changing environment.• Contact Centre Customer service experience Is essential
