Licensed Maryland Special Education Teacher (REMOTE)

Seeking a dedicated Virtual Special Education Teacher to provide personalized instruction and support to students with disabilities in a remote learning environment. This role involves: • Develop and implement IEPs tailored to students' needs. • Adapt curriculum and instructional materials for virtual learning. • Conduct virtual assessments of academic, social, and behavioral development. • Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to support student goals. • Provide direct virtual instruction using appropriate teaching strategies and technology. • Monitor student progress, maintain records, and prepare reports for meetings. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or related field. • Active Maryland Licensure in Special Education. • Experience in virtual or traditional special education settings. • Strong understanding of special education laws and IEP processes. • Proficiency in virtual learning platforms and technology tools. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
