Registered Nurse (RN) Duties: • Provide advice and support to Residents and their families, demonstrating empathy and professionalism. • Monitor Residents and administer medication and treatments according to care plans. • Document Resident care services accurately and thoroughly in Resident and department records. • Adhere to infection-control policies and protocols to protect Residents and staff. • Resolve Resident problems and needs by collaborating with multidisciplinary team members. • Assure quality of care by adhering to Facility philosophies and standards of care. • Maintain Resident confidence by handling information with confidentiality. Registered Nurse (RN) Requirements: • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, fostering collaboration and teamwork. • Current State Registered Nurse (RN) License. • Previous experience in Long-Term Care is preferred. • Proficiency in computer skills, including a working knowledge of MS Office applications. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with Residents, families, and team members. • Friendly demeanor and strong team player attitude.
