About The Role As an Entry Level Project Manager, the job involves collaborating closely with various internal teams and client marketing teams to ensure that website projects are delivered on time, within budget, and executed successfully. The primary responsibility is to ensure clients are satisfied with their experience, internal team members have the necessary resources to perform optimally, and clients feel at ease using their websites after transitioning away from support. Responsibilities - Manage website project delivery from planning through execution, ensuring that it meets user requirements. - Serve as the liaison between the web team and other internal departments to keep the project on track. - Assist the lead website strategist with external client communication. - Help implement basic website content updates as necessary. - Conduct thorough reviews of team members work. - Document, address, and troubleshoot user-reported issues; proactively identify and manage issues and dependencies, and collaborate with technical teams for issue resolution. - Work with the website team to onboard clients, prioritize project initiatives, and manage a master project calendar, with a clear understanding of scope, timelines, and constraints. - Utilize project management tools like ClickUp and other applications to track project status and reporting, while maintaining documentation standards and best practices. - Communicate project status clearly and consistently to both internal teams and stakeholders. - Provide training to clients on effectively using their websites. Requirements - Entry level or 1-2 years of experience in a similar client-facing role at a digital marketing agency. - Familiarity with HubSpot, WordPress, and/or Shopify. - Exceptional communication abilities. - Project planning and task management skills. - Strong organizational skills and time management capabilities. - Experience in managing technology-focused project delivery from start to completion. - Proficiency with project management and tech platforms, such as ClickUp. - Proven leadership skills with the ability to coordinate and influence diverse team members across multiple departments and with external clients. - Capacity to collaborate with teams having varying backgrounds and business goals. - Eagerness to learn about new technologies and project management methodologies while adapting to changing business and industry needs. - Inbound marketing and HubSpot certifications are a plus.
