Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and qualify candidates for a variety of roles, with a focus on both technical (software development, IT) and non-technical positions. Utilize recruiting tools, databases, and social media to actively source candidates. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future openings. Communicate effectively with candidates, providing an excellent candidate experience. Collaborate with a distributed team and effectively manage communication across different time zones. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in recruiting, especially related to technology roles. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related... field. Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruiting or HR. Strong English language skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing. Solid understanding of software development technologies and industry trends, with the ability to assess candidates for technical roles. Ability to work effectively in a distributed team environment. Agile, adaptable, and able to handle changing priorities and roles. Proactive and self-driven, with the ability to take initiative without requiring continuous guidance.
