In this role, you'll be responsible for reviewing resumes, conducting in depth interviews with candidates, and discussing job opportunities and career paths with them. You will work to ensure that there is a steady... pipeline of candidates. The ideal candidate will be a goal oriented individual with a strong team work mentality and a sense of urgency. 2+ yrs. of recruitment/sourcing is a plus!
