Job Type: Full-time Reports To: Operations Manager / Business Owner Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven E-commerce Specialist (Amazon) to join our growing team. This role is critical in optimizing our Amazon presence by managing product listings, monitoring sales performance, handling customer reviews, and staying updated on Amazon’s ever-changing policies and best practices. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Amazon marketplace, strong analytical skills, and a passion for driving e-commerce success. Key Responsibilities: Product Listing Optimization: - Create, optimize, and maintain Amazon product listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, keywords, etc.) to maximize visibility and conversion rates. - Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and drive traffic. - Ensure product listings comply with Amazon’s guidelines and policies. Customer Review Management: - Monitor and respond to customer reviews and Q&As on Amazon. - Develop strategies to increase positive customer reviews and ratings. - Address negative feedback professionally and work to resolve customer issues. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: - Track and analyze product performance, sales trends, and key performance metrics (KPIs) using Amazon Seller Central and other tools. - Provide regular reports and actionable insights to improve sales and ranking performance. - Manage product pricing, promotions, and campaigns to optimize profitability. Amazon Advertising (PPC): - Manage Amazon advertising campaigns (PPC), analyze performance, and make data-driven decisions to optimize ad spend and ROI. - Implement A/B testing strategies to improve conversion rates and reduce advertising costs. Inventory Management Support: - Collaborate with the operations team to ensure stock levels are optimized and forecast inventory needs based on sales trends. - Assist with resolving listing issues, stock outages, and FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) shipment discrepancies. Stay Updated on Amazon Policies and Market Trends: - Stay informed of the latest Amazon rules, algorithm changes, and e-commerce best practices. - Make recommendations to improve listings, policies, and customer service based on the latest trends and Amazon’s evolving marketplace. Qualifications: - Proven experience as an E-commerce Specialist, Amazon Marketplace Specialist, or similar role. - In-depth knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, including product listings, order management, advertising, and customer service tools. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. - Familiarity with Amazon SEO, keyword research, and optimization best practices. - Experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns with a focus on cost optimization and performance. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset. - Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in e-commerce and analytical tools (e.g., Jungle Scout, Helium 10, Google Analytics). Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in private label businesses or working with multiple product categories on Amazon. - Basic understanding of supply chain management as it relates to FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon). - Knowledge of graphic design and content creation for product listings (preferred, but not required).
