As a Traveler Support Counselor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our travelers. Your role will involve... Handling service calls. Making reservation changes. Educating on tour itineraries. Processing payments. Responding to customer inquiries. *Responsibilities:** Manage service calls, assist customers with making reservation changes, educate them on tour itineraries, process payments, and respond to inquiries. Advise, book, and update airline reservations as necessary using code-based software. As a Traveler Support Counselor, your role is crucial in delivering an excellent customer experience that drives loyalty and referrals. Communicate comprehensive information to travelers, including details about our products and policies. Achieve monthly performance goals. Compete individually while maintaining a positive team spirit. Demonstrate the ability to balance company values, key result areas (KRAs), and performance goals *Qualifications:** 1+ years of experience working in either In-person or Remote Call Center Experience working in the travel industry is a plus!
