Market Strategy Manager

Description: • Develop and implement the strategies and processes required for participation in the ISO-NE and other wholesale electricity markets, as well as state and utility-run programs such as MA Clean Peak Standard and Connected Solutions. • Build and manage financial revenue models for your respective markets / programs; prepare monthly accruals, forecasts and reconciliations to actuals; and coordinate on monthly partner payment activities. • Engage with external stakeholders such as state regulators, program administrators, and Leap’s customers. • Based on your expertise and participation in the above, develop short and mid-term market strategies that help Leap achieve growth in its customer base and revenue in your respective markets / programs. • And work to drive cross-functional coordination with Leap’s other internal teams to achieve Leap’s growth and revenue targets in your respective markets and as a Company as a whole.
