Description As a Remote Social Media Customer Support Representative at Tesla, you will be an integral part of our customer service team. Responsibilities • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries on social media platforms in a timely manner. • Address and resolve customer complaints, escalating issues when necessary. • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions with customers. • Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure customer satisfaction. • Keep up-to-date with Tesla products and services to provide accurate information to customers. • Collect and report customer feedback to help improve Tesla’s offerings and customer experience. • Assist in creating and updating FAQs and other customer support resources.
